How do I access the event?
Our Venue page will allow you to access information about the events, add different sessions to your calendar, and join the sessions when the time comes. You can access the Venue by logging in one of three ways:
(1) The easiest way is to go into your Registration Confirmation email and click on the ‘Let’s Go’ button. This is a personalized link that will allow you to bypass the login. From their you can add different events to your calendar, and join those events when the time comes. NOTE: On the Venue agenda, the button on the top right of each session will change from 'Add to Calendar' to 'Join' five minutes before the event.
(2)Enter your email address under ‘Log in with email’. NOTE: this must be the same email you used to register with. Once you click ‘Next’ you will receive an identify confirmation email. Click the ‘Confirm Your Email’ button in the email to automatically log you in and show you a personalized view of your agenda.
(3) Enter your email address and ticket number under ‘Log in with ticket number’. To find your ticket number, please reference your confirmation email. Once you enter your details and click ‘Log In’ you will see a personalized view of your agenda.
Note: If you receive an ‘email invalid’ error when you try to log in, please check the spelling of your email. If the spelling checks out, most likely you are trying to access the agenda on an unsupported browser - switch to Chrome please
How can I ask questions during a session?
The chat box in each Zoom session will be open and available to participants to use during the sessions. Most sessions will include a Q&A portion.
Will the 4-H PYD Academy: Camp Experiences for Youth to Thrive be recorded?
Yes, the recordings of each session will be accessible on the Venue within 30 days of the event.
