About The Event

4-H believes youth and adults can leverage their unique strengths to impact their communities and the world by partnering. The True Leaders in Equity Institute will prepare youth-adult teams to serve as change agents within the Cooperative Extension System. These teams will foster more welcoming and inclusive environments and ensure attendees leave prepared to champion equity-related projects that will grow 4-H in their communities.
