Lead to Change
What?
Lead to Change is National 4-H Council’s community action planning platform that empowers teens like you to become agents of Change. It’s about empowering and tackling issues in your community head-on. When you create a Lead to Change project with a team, you’re not just solving problems – you are sparking a movement that strengthens and revitalizes a community. It’s your opportunity to step up, take action, and make a real difference.
Who?
Are you someone who’s itching to shake things up in your community and lead the way? Do your friends often turn to you for ideas and solutions? Are you eager to inspire others to become a part of something impactful? Do you want to influence others and be part of something bigger than you? If so, then Lead to Change is for you!
When?
Review the timeline-it’s your roadmap. Learn when to kickstart your project, dream and share your vision at Ignite, implement your plan when you return home, and keep the momentum going until November 1st when progress reports are due for grant recipients.
Why?
Your community counts on you to make a real difference using your brainpower, compassion, creativity, and well-being! It’s time to roll up your sleeves and make the world a better place for everyone.
